its impossible to get support or Help via Hotline . since 6 months i am trying desperate to get assistance !!! .the staff don't speak or understand english properly . always promises to call back > of course , what they do not do > . the only way to solve the smallest issue : is to fly there and talk personal with the person in charge . all other way leads to nowhere > never meet such a indifferent bank , who rest on their qualities decades ago . super frustated client !
