I would like to commend two members of your Happy Valley team: Elise Yee and Hugo Li. After listening to my request for assistance, Elise very quickly ascertained what was needed and assigned Hugo the task of "helping to sort out the matter", wise delegation as Hugo proceeded to do just that --- and with infinite patience and good humour. He dealt with the matter, sorted it out with the minimum of fuss, and earned the gratitude of a satisfied account holder. Good teamwork, efficient and polite, a formidable pair of professionals, well chosen for the task.
