HSBC Bank

My name is Low Kwee Ang, and I am an account holder with HSBC Malaysia, Muar branch. I am writing this from Germany. I am currently expecting a wire transfer from the Florida Department of Financial Services (USA) to my HSBC Malaysia USD account. As part of the U.S. institution's verification process, they send an email to HSBC requesting confirmation of my name as the rightful owner of the receiving account that I provided (refer to attached pdf) However, I was informed (by conversation through whatsapp from my registered mobile with the bank) by staff at the HSBC Muar branch that the bank is unable to response to external verification process resulting to the transfer being placed on hold. I would like to request your guidance on how I can facilitate this verification process. The HSBC Muar branch has informed me that they are unable to do anything to response to the verification request, so I am reaching out in hopes of identifying a solution. Could you kindly advise on what steps I can take to ensure that HSCB can provide the verifcation to the U.S. Financial institution in order to effect the wire transfer.
