I wrote to you yesterday ree: closing my account, and have still not received the money into my Santander account. Can someone please URGENTLY connect with me This is now nearly 24 hours later and no money is in the acco**u**nt
I called in this morning to pay money into my account and to change my name. I was told I couldnt do this as I had changed my name from Susan Bowen to Sue Jones. I had my driving licence to show this. The man I was dealing with really needs a personality transplant, and was very unhelpful. I decided to close my account, which took over 30 minutes. I have now returned home and the money is not in the account I requested it to be in. Can some one please help me with this Thanks Sue Jones (was Susan Bowe)
