I visited with my father today. Greeted by a friendly face who listened and advised that we needed to wait to speak to someone in more detail. Within 10 minutes Lisa Edwards was available to help my father. She was empathetic, friendly, efficient, resolved the issues and was reassuring to my father. The service we received was excellent and it was evident that there is still a need for a face to face service where telephone banking does not meet our requirements, particularly when a little more time is needed to ensure vulnerable customers are heard and helped.
