HSBC Bank

I have banked with HSBC all my life even when it was Midland Bank ,I have worked hard since I was 15 now retired at 70 the bank has been with me all my lifetime helped through crisis after crisis when my husband died suddenly to helping my children and grandchildren through these awful financial times ,all the family work hard but still can't make ends meet getting a bag of shopping for single dad with 3 children but I can't thank you all enough for support that you give me to make it through month to month ,your staff are amazing I use my app and other sevices to keep my head above water. I know I'm a little fish in a big pond but I would have survived without your support thank you so very very much ❤️ please higher up ,I did send a letter to customer service we are quick to complain but not to give compliments your are credit to banking thank you.
