Last year my aunt passed away, Sam at the Birkenhead branch was incrediably helpful and kind. She lead us through the process needed by the bank and at the same time helped us to improve our banking too. We recently got probate and went back to the branch after almost a year, Sam remembered us and again gave fantastic personal and professional service. I wish every branch had a Sam!! Thank you
