I visited the bank at Guisborough this morning and just wanted to say that the staff were very helpful indeed. Both staff members were polite, helpful, patient and professional.

Juliet explained everything to us a answered all our queries so we are now all set up for Internet banking as we're both my husband and I techno phobic it's a big step thank you so much for your help and patience
